Cardamom Pods Green

Cardamom is great for enhancing both sweet and savory dishes. Cardamom has a citrusy and flowery taste with a hint of camphor .  Pods will often keep for a year if kept in an air tight container. Seeds will last only a few months due to the volatility of the oil.
