Garlic Granulated

Garlic is the compound bulb of Allium sativum.
It is cream to creamy white in color with a characteristic odor and strong, pungent flavor.
 
Who doesn't like a bit of garlic in their food? With over 15 million tons being produced every year, we're gonna go out on a limb here and say.... a lot of people like garlic in their food. 
 
Granulated garlic is better suited for barbeque and rubs, as it sticks to the meat and you won't need to worry nearly as much about it running off with the juices the way powdered garlic will.
